Elizabeth Turkson Ministries Launches 2nd Edition of Kavannah Worship 2026
Elizabeth Turkson Ministries has officially launched the 2nd Edition of Kavannah Worship 2026. The launch was held today, Saturday, 2nd August 2026, and featured the unveiling of Empress Gifty as the Guest Artist for this year’s edition.
Set for Sunday, 18th October 2026 at Faithworks Gloryland Chapel, Obeyie [Jida Junction], this year’s gathering comes with the theme “Worship the Lord your God with your soul and might” – Deuteronomy 6:5.
The maiden edition of Kavannah Worship held last year drew a large crowd of worshippers and created several memorable moments of God’s presence. The atmosphere was marked by deep worship, heartfelt prayer, and testimonies of God’s visitation.
One of the key ministers at the first edition was Obaapa Christy. Her ministration led the congregation into hours of surrender and praise. In the weeks following the event, many attendees shared testimonies of breakthrough and healing that they attributed to their encounter at Kavannah.
Speaking at today’s launch, host Elizabeth Turkson said this year’s edition is a continuation of that mandate.
“Last year was powerful. We saw God move, we heard testimonies, and we knew this was just the beginning. For 2026, God is calling us to go deeper. To worship Him with our soul and with our might. That’s the posture for this year.”
The major announcement at the launch was Empress Gifty joining this year’s edition as Guest Artist. Known for her powerful worship and spirit-led ministrations, her presence is expected to add a new dimension to the 2026 experience. Organizers believe her ministry will bless the gathering and lift the atmosphere of worship on the day.
