Seek God’s Power To Triumph Over Witches And Wizards – Evangelist Akwasi Awuah Urges Christians

The Founder and Leader of Pillar of Zion Church International, Evangelist Akwasi Awuah, has charged Christians to seek the power of God to triumph over witches, wizards and other evil forces.

Speaking on Day Two of the church’s ongoing Eagle Hour service on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, Evangelist Awuah called on believers to be vigilant, stressing that there are many evil spirits around us who are very wicked and are enemies of Jesus Christ.

Quoting from Revelations chapter 5:13 downwards to reveal how evil spirits operate, the man of God explained that spiritual warfare is real and that Christians must be spiritually equipped to overcome the schemes of darkness.

He cautioned against persons who claim to be pastors and boast of having a “third eye”, urging them to stop deceiving themselves and others with the power of evil spirits.

“Some people claim they are pastors and that they have third eyes. Stop deceiving yourselves with evil spirits,” he stated.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah further admonished Christians not to chase after money, but rather seek the Spirit of God which is able to provide everything a believer needs.

“Don’t look for money but rather look for God’s Spirit that can provide you with anything,” he said.

He lamented that although many Christians go to church, some do not take their Christian life seriously and described them as jokers, adding that sometimes Christians become their own enemies through their attitudes and lack of spiritual commitment.

The Eagle Hour service continues at the Pillar of Zion Church International headquarters, with Evangelist Akwasi Awuah leading congregants in intense prayers for spiritual empowerment and divine protection.
