BOAHMAL Guesthouse CEO: Manso Adubia Development Has Been My Lifelong Dream

The Chief Executive Officer of BOAHMAL Guesthouse, Yaw Boakye Yiadom, popularly known as Genesis, says his vision to see Manso Adubia develop into a well-planned, modern community has driven him since childhood.

He described the newly commissioned guesthouse as the first step in a broader plan to upgrade the town to standards that can compete with major cities.

Speaking at the grand opening of the facility in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti Region, Mr. Yiadom said the project reflects his long-held desire to transform his hometown through strategic investments in infrastructure and hospitality.

“Making Manso Adubia well developed has been my desire since childhood,” he stated. “We are making our own upgrade to a higher standard to compete with the cities.”

Mr. Yiadom told guests, traditional leaders, and residents that constructing BOAHMAL Guesthouse is “just the beginning” of his development agenda for Manso Adubia.

He emphasized that the facility was built with the community in mind and is intended to serve both locals and visitors.

“Constructing this BOAHMAL Guesthouse is just the beginning of developing our own, and it’s here to serve the community,” he said.

The guesthouse is expected to provide modern accommodation for business travelers, contractors, and visitors to the district, which is known for mining and agricultural activity. Stakeholders at the event described it as a boost to local hospitality and a signal of confidence in the area’s economic potential.

Mr. Yiadom urged residents and other indigenes to invest back into Manso Adubia, stressing that sustainable development requires collective effort. He noted that upgrading infrastructure and services in rural communities is critical to reducing rural-urban migration and creating jobs locally.

Traditional leaders present commended the CEO for taking the initiative and pledged support for future projects aimed at improving roads, health, and education facilities in the area.

With BOAHMAL Guesthouse now operational, Mr. Yiadom said he plans to pursue additional projects that will enhance the standard of living in Manso Adubia and position the town as a competitive hub within the Ashanti Region.

He concluded that the guesthouse represents more than a business venture: “It is a commitment to the future of Manso Adubia and the wellbeing of its people.”
